    睡懒觉是否有利于身体健康

     
     
    一般的成人每天睡6-7个小时就够了,再多了或少了都不好.

    我们的休息时见够用就行了,我们没必要贪于睡觉.你可以少睡几十分钟作些有氧运动(如跑步等),这样对身体也大有好处.

    再者,一个人如果每天睡10个小时,那么他一生有一半的时间在不清醒的状态中度过,在减去吃饭、聊天等浪费的时间,给你学习工作的时间就很少了。

    一个人为什么要睡懒觉呢?
    爱睡觉,那干脆到坟墓去,那儿可以让你睡个够!

    人生的意义就在于 “觉醒”。
